近日，中国银行广东省分行在跨境银行间支付清算有限责任公司（下称：跨境清算公司）的指导下，为广东一金融机构投产人民币跨境支付系统（下称：CIPS）路由优化服务，并为其办理路由服务全国首笔人民币跨境资金划拨业务，金额达3亿元人民币。
目前金融机构在办理跨境人民币业务时，可使用标准收发器连接直接参与银行进行交易处理。一般收发器的接入方式都是“一对一”，若金融机构与多家直接参与银行的标准收发器连接，则需要分别与直接参与银行建立专线网络连接。 为此，跨境清算公司推出了CIPS路由优化的创新服务功能，金融机构可以选择CIPS路由优化服务与跨境清算公司直连，通过“一点接入”实现与各直接参与银行间的CIPS项下信息直接传输，为金融机构节约网络接入成本，提供更丰富的路由接入方案。 作为首家投产路由优化服务的CIPS直参行，中国银行积极开展推广服务，从系统开发、功能测试、验收检验、业务指导等方面提供全方位支持配合，经过两个多月时间为该金融机构成功投产CIPS路由优化服务。
该金融机构相关负责人表示，业务投产后，其跨境人民币服务渠道更丰富，质效也得到明显提升。 据悉，中国银行广东省分行将针对各金融机构需求，提供不同的接入方案和更专业的服务，助力跨境人民币业务实现资金融通、贸易畅通。
