在新的发展机遇期，董煜指出，下一步，中国要在基础设施建设以及数据要素的利用方面发力，要推动数字化全面融入经济、政治、文化、社会和生态文明建设“五位一体”总体布局当中。要加快数字领域的关键核心技术攻关，也要守好数据安全的底线。同时要全力打造和完善数字治理体系，并加大与国际数字领域合作的力度。
